This
Evaporative Air Cooler, Humidifier, Air Filtration
and Fan with Ionizer is versatile and an economical
way to cool and humidify the surrounding air.
Designed with micro-computer control system, this
unit can lower surrounding temperature and humidify
the air through the principal of water evaporation.
The Cooler easily rolls from room to room with
lockable casters. This Air Cooler shoots a stream
of air with oscillating louvers, to evenly distribute
refreshing cool air. Can also be used as a fan
or humidifier if temperature is not an issue.
The remote control allows you to easily change
settings.
The Air Cooler works by endothermic reaction (a reaction that
consumes heat), so this evaporative Air Cooler
sucks air through a wick saturated with water.
As the air flows through the wick, some of the
water evaporates into the air, consuming the heat
that was in the air. An air stream is then blown
out the front of the unit and is considerably
cooler than the current room temperature! This
is not an air conditioner and therefore uses much
less energy.
Note: The unit works well in dry climates; not very effective
in areas with high humidity as the unit utilizes
water to cool.

Returns
& Cancellations

out of thousands of units sold every year, there
maybe some instances that the product you received
is defective. We have the following policy for
such situations:-
DEFECTIVE EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective, we will
gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair.
If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have
it picked up and send a new replacement at our
cost. You will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the same model
- if customer upgrades or downgrades to a different
model, we'll treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If
customer does not want exchange and wants to
return it instead and wants a refund, customer
is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse
at their own expense; restocking fee of 18%
will apply regardless if defective and original
shipping fee ($30) will not be refunded. Usually
there should be no reason for returns, if there
is any problem with the product we will exchange
it with a BRAND NEW product at no extra cost
to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all
Packages Refused are considered as returns as
well and return policy will apply at the time
of refund.

All returns and replacements must be requested
within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

you decide to return the product for ANY reason,
you should request an RA# (Return Authorization
number). For complete return instructions (if
and when required) contact our office for assistance.
CANCELLATIONS
If
you placed the order and you wanted to cancel
the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED,
we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99
cancellation fee will be charged and credit
card processing charges will not be refunded.
Please make sure that you call us within few
hours after the order is placed. We ship the
items out same or next business day. We cannot
process cancellations after the product is shipped
out. It will be considered as a return instead
once the product is shipped and you will need
to pay the return charges.
