Built by a division of Weil McLain the boiler it is similar to their products. Seems to be build well and I hope to have years of trouble free working status. A little difficult to install given the position of the ports. I will recommend this product to others.

I bought 2 of these systems for my cabin in NC. Had previously purchased a similar Mitsubishi split for my FL home. They are super quiet and their inverter technology and continuously variable speeds make them very efficient. They have several advanced features, such as scanning and detecting when and where someone is in the room and adjusting for maximum comfort and/or efficiency. After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I recommend that you speak to a phone rep before placing your order. I didn't and fell into a sticky situation. In order to secure the full 15 year warranty om the product, you must check the cable for leakage to ground through the insulation of the wires. Leakage will cause the GFCI in the circuit to shut the heating cable off and render it useless. You must use a megaohmeter capable of sending a 1000 Volt pulse through the wire and capable of reading a 1000 megaohm result. These meters,if... more

Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday.
