Furnace Replacement Nov 27, 2016

The furnace was a very easy replacement of an existing 20 year old one. I only had to build a 12" height extension platform for the furnace to sit on. The wiring, plumbing, and electrical was an easy hook up! It started right up and has performed flawlessly ever since! The cost of the furnace was less than my last years furnace repair bill.

I have used this product before. I would not do a shower using any other product. You spend a lot of time and $ doing a new shower, you should do it right. With this, I know everything is sloped properly, the products fit together and it will be waterproof. We used the shower for a few weeks while tile was on its way last time as the shower is watertight, even without tile.

The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Since most licensed HVAC contractors don't want to touch so small a job or they don't want the liability of signing off on the leak test if they did not install the unit themselves. New Heater Installed Oct 26, 2016

The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. I could not find the size as to how wide, deep, or height but that was probably my fault but it worked out great the only difference was the height... more
