I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. OK, first thing to do is to consider the space, (including walls and doors) you are trying to condition. Envision the air flow between where the air will eventually come in and where it will be exhausted once you install the ductwork. Lastly, based on the inlet and exhaust locations, figure out where you want to position the unit you are going to use.
